Our commitment to exceptional performing arts programming
Bay Chamber Concerts presents over 40 concerts and special events each year. Our participatory workshops and student matinees are specially designed for families and young people. We present concerts in classical, jazz, and world music, as well as dance. Performances feature world-class artists who often appear in major venues around the globe. Our priority is to present high-quality programming while at the same time making concerts affordable. Ticket revenues do not cover expenses and thus we rely on your support to achieve our goals.

Our commitment to excellence in education
When Bay Chamber Concerts brings a world-class performer to town, we often offer workshops for children and families or student matinees in the schools. We offer a broad range of education programs for youth and adults including the Odeon Strings Program, the Next Generation Youth Chamber Music Program and the Fall Foliage Adult Chamber Music Program. We have a Private Instruction program which offers lessons for violin, viola, cello, classical guitar, percussion, jazz and classical piano, and voice.  In addition, we annually offer cash prizes and performance opportunities to aspiring young Maine musicians, encouraging them to further their studies. Scholarships are available for all of our education programs. All of this is only possible through your continued support.
