We couldn't do what we do without you!
You see volunteers at all of our concerts - they pass out programs, help sell merchandise and concessions, arrange the flowers on stage, and much more.

Behind the scenes volunteers help run our organization. And we could use your help. By volunteering for Bay Chamber Concerts you are engaging people in the performing arts.

Here's how you can help:

• Staffing concerts – ushering, food concessions, retail sales, reception set-up and assistance.
• Providing administrative assistance in the office – answering phones, sorting and stuffing mailers, entering computer data, and archiving materials.
• Supporting development activities – hosting patron events, acting as a liaison to businesses, personalizing fundraising appeals, and working Gala benefits.
• Assisting with educational programming – hosting students, ushering at student matinees, chaperoning, greeting at competitions.
